Apartment Life - Waiting List Application

The residents of Daniell Heights are broken down into different categories to tailor applications and contracts to the needs of our residents. The different categories have separate applications, contracts, and terms and conditions. The following is a brief description of the general categories of residents of the Daniell Heights apartments. If you click on the category which you belong to, you will be taken to the appropriate application. Please fill out the application, submit it, and it will be e-mailed to the Michigan Tech Apartments office. You will also be asked to acknowledge that you have read the "Lifestyle Agreement" and agree with it before your application can be submitted online.

Faculty and Staff

Student Families and Graduates
Student families are defined as legally married couples, with or without children, and single parents with children.

Grad student refers to any student officially enrolled in a Michigan Tech graduate studies department. Seniors or non-traditionals (21 years of age or older) must be full-time enrolled students for at least 2 semesters a year.

Single Student Groups
Single Student Groups are non-married full time students who are enrolled for at least two semesters and have completed at least one year of college. Students usually live in apartments in groups of two or more, with nine month contracts. The week-long application and assignment process for the next school year begins February 2008.
