Tervetuloa! Welcome FinnFest 2013
Greetings from Michigan Technological University! We welcome you to celebrate FinnFest and spend your nights on Michigan Tech's campus.
Rooms are available to rent in our residence halls at a rate of $55 per night, with a minimum of three nights. You can reserve up to 10 rooms.
Accomodations
Each room will have:
- 2 twin beds
- 2 desks with chairs
- 2 dressers
- Cable connection (Television and coaxial cables are not provided)
- Internet available with valid ID presented to the reception desk upon arrival
- A linen pack per bed: 1 pillow, pillowcase, 2 flat sheets, towel, washcloth, and blanket
Rooms are not air conditioned so you might want to bring your own fan.The bathroom facilities are a shared community bathroom.
Guests will be assigned to a residence hall on the Michigan Tech campus at the discretion of the Housing and Residence Life department.
One month prior to the arrival, guests will receive a confirmation email with their building assignment. Specific rooms will be assigned upon arrival.
Maximum occupancy per room shall not exceed four individuals; however there are only two twin extra long mattresses. Additional beds are not available.
Please leave rooms in the same condition as found. Excessive cleaning fees may be applied at the rate of $20 per hour.
Michigan Tech campus housing is a smoke free environment. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the room.
One key will be issued for each room. There is a $75 fee for each lost key.
Cancellations prior to April 1, 2013 receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after April 1, 2013.
