Housing - Reception Desks
Each residence hall has a reception desk which serves various student needs throughout the day. The desk hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the week, and from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the weekend.
Receptionists sort and deliver all mail and packages, as well as provide many other services as listed below:
- Board game checkout
- Campus information
- Campus maps and telephone books
- Check cashing
- Faxes
- Guest registration and guest parking
- Lost and found
- Photocopies
- Pop can refunds
- Recreation equipment checkout
- Special occasion guest meal tickets
- Stamps and envelopes
- Vending machine refunds
Residents may use their hall council membership cards to check out tools, electronics, sewing machines, irons and ironing boards, magazines, board games and recreation equipment. Students use the desks as the check-in point when they arrive in the fall and the check-out point when they have completed their coursework at the end of spring semester.
