Single Room Priority Waiting List
There are a limited number if single rooms in the Residence Halls. Priority assignment of these rooms is based on:
There is an additional estimated cost of $38.00 per week more for a regular single room and $43.00 per week more for a single room with a private bath. You can view the Residence Hall rates at this link.
Students currently living in the designated single rooms have first choice to keep them for the following academic year.
Douglass Houghton Hall offers:
- 3 male regular rooms
- 1 female regular rooms
- 1 male/female suite
McNair Hall does not have any designated single rooms.
Wadsworth Hall offers:
- 7 male regular rooms
- 1 female regular room
- 4 female rooms with private baths
- 2 male/female rooms with private baths
- 1 male/female regular room
There are twenty single rooms in total.
