At Governmental Meetings, we deal with hall policy changes and service programs that affect all residents. We highly encourage First-Year students to attend this meeting to get to know more about what IRHC does and how to get involved. Last year we began our recycling efforts, some policy changes dealing with smoking in the residence halls, as well as many other issues that encompass all three halls. If you want your voice to be heard, or have a question, come to a Governmental Meeting! Anyone is welcome to attend!</summary>

Michigan Tech is one of ten universities who are part of MORHA, or the Michigan Organization of Residence Hall Associations. Residential organizations across the state come together several times a year to discuss common issues and goals and share ideas. The first of these meetings for the 2008-2009 academic year is being held at Michigan Tech. Business meetings are formal and fun. Residents from Michigan Tech are encouraged to be a part of MORHA, as you will get to know many of the student leaders from across the state.</summary>
