IRHC finally solidified it's plans for Spring Fling about 24 hours before the actual event. Not only will it be giving away it's trademark Cotton Candy and Condoms, but it will also be helping out with Oozeball and raising awareness with ESC about recycling.

The transitional IRHC meeting took place on April 14 with high emotions, surprises, and several packed speeches. Also, with this being the first live broadcast (and recorded) IRHC meeting, it will be available for years to come.
